What can we achieve?

This can be done from a doodle or an accurate picture or CAD model. We offer a full design service beginning with an idea or an example. We have the ability to design around stones or any item on request, and are available for private consultations.

We appreciate that not everyone has the time or experience to realise their ideas to the standard they desire, we have a team of dedicated designers who will be able to turn your ideas into a reality, guiding you through every step of the way.

Our in-house facilities allow us to create precision waxes for casting at levels of detail that would be impossible to achieve by hand. CAD specialists will also be able to turn your ideas or sketches into a 3D model that can be viewed on screen before the item has been cast, allowing design tweaks to be made early on in the process.

We are able to supply CAD models of your designs, as well as individual waxes or moulds that can be used for castings in the future. Please view our castings page to view the metals available.

3D Modelling

We have an ever expanding variety of machinery in-house, and operate with the most up-to-date Jewellery design software. We accept all types of files recognised by Rhino & Matrix, preferably .3dm or .stl. We create 3D printing in-house using our ProJet printer which prints into wax. Using this, we have the capability to create CAD wax models or alter existing 3D files if needed.

We also offer an in-house 3D Scanning service. This gives us a digital replica of an item and is beneficial when duplicating complex items, scaling or making amendments to objects, as well as replicating an item that may need to be fitted to another eg a Wedding Band to an Engagement Ring.
